what to do with all the amazing greens you find weekly in the CSA share? – this is what CSA member Eric suggests:
“Simple way to use csa greens. We sauté garlic in olive oil till garlic is light brown. Add stock, (we usually make veggie or chicken stock every few weeks to have it on hand) this lowers the temperature of the oil so the garlic doesn’t burn. Than simply add csa veggies and cover until ready. We like al dente veggies so we only steam for 7-10 min. It’s great for anything! Pictured is a rainbow chard, bock choy, and spinach. I usually make a side of pasta and combine it together for a full meal.
